Businesses may add customer or lead information to use LiftLocalBiz features such as marketing drafts, follow-up planning, email campaigns, and customer reactivation workflows. Businesses are responsible for having appropriate permission to use the customer information they add.

We may use cookies, server logs, and analytics tools to keep the site working, understand product usage, improve performance, and protect against abuse.

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

If you provide a mobile phone number and expressly consent to receive text messages from LiftLocalBiz by Belltech Systems, we may use that number to send account-related messages, reminders, support messages, product updates, and service updates related to LiftLocalBiz, as described at the time of opt-in during registration. Mobile phone number is optional. SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account or use LiftLocalBiz. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Google Business Profile Data

If you connect your Google Business Profile account to LiftLocalBiz, we may access business profile information such as your business name, location, contact details, business hours, reviews, review replies, posts, and related performance or account information, depending on the permissions you approve through Google OAuth.

We use this information only to provide LiftLocalBiz features, such as helping you view reviews, draft or publish review replies, manage local marketing content, and improve your business profile workflow.

We do not sell your Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or with your explicit authorization.

You may disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from your LiftLocalBiz account settings.

Facebook Page and Meta Account Data

If you connect your Facebook or Meta account to LiftLocalBiz, we may access information needed to provide Facebook Page management features, such as your Facebook Pages, Page name, Page ID, Page access permissions, posts, scheduled posts, post content, comments, engagement information, and related account or performance information, depending on the permissions you approve through Meta OAuth.

We use this information only to provide LiftLocalBiz features, such as helping you create, schedule, publish, manage, and review marketing content for Facebook Pages you manage.

We do not sell your Facebook or Meta user data. We do not use Facebook or Meta user data for unrelated advertising. We do not share Facebook or Meta user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or with your explicit authorization.

You may disconnect Facebook or Meta access at any time from your Meta account settings, Facebook Business settings, or from your LiftLocalBiz account settings.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

You may request deletion of Facebook or Meta data connected to your LiftLocalBiz account by contacting us at support@liftlocalbiz.com or by disconnecting the integration from your LiftLocalBiz account settings.

When you disconnect Facebook or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify stored Facebook Page tokens and related Meta data unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, or business record purposes.

Data sharing

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate our services, such as messaging providers, hosting providers, or email providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, security, or operation of LiftLocalBiz.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should also use strong passwords and limit access to their accounts.
