Terms of Service

These terms apply to LiftLocalBiz, a product operated by Belltech Systems. By using LiftLocalBiz, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Use of service

LiftLocalBiz provides tools for local business marketing, customer follow-up, review reply drafting, content creation, email campaigns, and related business workflows.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and controlling access to your workspace.

Customer responsibility for customer lists

You are responsible for the customer and lead information you upload, including having appropriate permission to contact those people by email, or other channels.

Prohibited use

You may not use LiftLocalBiz to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or spam messages, or to upload data you do not have the right to use.

AI-generated content disclaimer

LiftLocalBiz may generate marketing drafts and recommendations using AI. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using generated content appropriately before sending or publishing it.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans, trial periods, subscription pricing, and cancellation details are presented during signup or billing. Subscription features may change as the product evolves.

SMS Terms

SMS Consent at Registration

During account registration, LiftLocalBiz provides an optional Mobile Phone Number field and separate SMS consent checkboxes.

1) Marketing SMS Opt-in: By opting in to Marketing SMS messages you agree to receive Marketing SMS text messages from LiftLocalBiz by Belltech Systems, Inc. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

2) Transactional SMS Opt-in: By opting in to Transactional SMS messages you agree to receive Transactional SMS text messages regarding account notifications from LiftLocalBiz by Belltech Systems, Inc. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

SMS Opt-In / Consent Process

Users are not required to provide a mobile phone number or agree to SMS messages in order to create an account or start a free trial or use our services. The SMS consent checkboxes are unchecked by default.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Google Business Profile Integration

LiftLocalBiz may allow you to connect your Google Business Profile account. By connecting your account, you authorize LiftLocalBiz to access and use your Google Business Profile data only for the features you enable, including retrieving business locations, reviews, posting review replies, and managing business-related content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content submitted through LiftLocalBiz complies with Google's policies and applicable law. LiftLocalBiz does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, or display of any Google Business Profile content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Limitation of liability

LiftLocalBiz is provided as a business software service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belltech Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
